The Renzo Origin Story

In 1999, Chad Carden and Adam Carroll met as independent contract speakers working for a Fortune 500 company. Throughout their two decade friendship, both amassed a solid collection of experiences, clients, resources, and consultants that would ultimately become Renzo LLC in 2019.

Chad, a culture architect, and Adam, a life architect, decided to pay homage to the great Renzo Piano (famed architect of the Pompidou Center in Paris and dozens of exquisite buildings worldwide) by creating Renzo LLC, a design consultancy that helps companies build cultures where people love to work.

Our message is simple. To build the company that you most want, it requires that we start from the end and work backwards. What we help facilitate at your company are the following three things:
