In one of the most challenging employment environments in decades, having a competent, passionate, focused leadership team is a MUST.

While leadership doesn’t require a title, it does require a set of skills and behaviors that make life easier for the people on that leader’s team. When a team operates in their zone of genius, they are unified, appreciated, coached to improve, and ultimately consistent in their ability to produce the desired outcome. 

The Leadership Foundation Series can either be used as a refresher for seasoned leaders or an introduction to those that have been thrust into a leadership role.
